FEATURES
The legendary original Edge Tremolo bridge was one of the most reliable double-locking systems for 80's shred guitarists. Paul was a heavy whammy user in that period.
Dimarzio® PAF-Pro® Humbuckers and a true single coil FS-1™ are the mighty combination for Paul's searing, shredding and even crystal clear tone. All can be dialed in with the Ibanez Sprit-5 switching system.
The traditional neck joint has a metal plate with 4 screws, yet the tilt joint still offers easy upper fret access. Paul likes this original neck joint for its tonal characteristics, and it can be found on the latest PGM401 model.
EDGE TREMOLO
Acclaimed Edge tremolo features knife-edge-like pivot surfaces for virtually friction free operation. Locking studs contribute to tuning stability
FEATURES
The low-profile design of the Edge tremolo includes fine tuners conveniently angled back to prevent right hand touches.
The Edge bridge features a stud lock in both studs for maximum tuning stability.
